Donation Refund Policy

All donations made to IM4SMILE Charitable Trust are voluntary and generally non-refundable.

Duplicate Transactions

If a duplicate payment or technical error occurs, donors may contact us within 7 days of the transaction date. Eligible refunds will be reviewed and processed after verification.

Volunteer Membership Fees

Volunteer registration or membership fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once processed. Membership remains valid for one year from the registration date.

Cancellation Requests

Requests related to registrations or memberships should be submitted via email.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 7–15 business days depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
